Villa Haugen is very well suited for different kind of corporate management meetings as well as project meetings and courses. Located on an island the participants have a unique opportunity to get away from everyday life (mindlessness) and concentrate on the things at hand (mindfulness).

Our main meeting facility (boardroom) is located on the first floor in our boat house. In addition, you will have access to two smaller rooms for group/project meetings.

How to get to Grøtøy

We can arrange transportation by RIB (rigid inflatable boat), charter boat, or minibus from Bodø, Lofoten, or other nearby locations to Steigen. Alternatively, public transportation can be used.

There is a high-speed boat from Svolvær in the morning at 06:00, arriving at Nordskot at 07:55, with a return from Nordskot at 19:20 and arrival in Svolvær at 21:25. Similarly, there is a boat from Bodø to Nordskot at 18:00, arriving at Nordskot at 19:20.

The return to Bodø is at 07:55 from Nordskot, reaching Bodø at 09:30. From June 1st to August 31st, there is an additional high-speed boat from Bodø on weekdays at 11:25, arriving at Nordskot at 12:50 (in Svolvær at 15:55). Likewise, there is one from Nordskot at 14:40, reaching Bodø at 16:05.
